Explore the supplied factory photographs: frame samples, moulding equipment, profile processing and panel components in the workshop.

Based in Jinhua.
Built around frames.
Youchuang’s company presentation describes a manufacturer working in picture frames, wall art, mirrors and home decor, with frame products as its core range.
Our materials include workshop photographs and a dated 2023 factory audit. Current production scheduling, line availability and order capacity should be confirmed for each project.

CONNECT THE PHOTOS TO YOUR PROJECT
A practical factory discussion checklist.
The supplied photographs provide a view of the sample room and workshop areas. Use them to ask focused questions about the selected product and proposed order. Equipment visible in a photograph does not establish its capacity, current operating status or the production route of a particular SKU.
Swipe across the table to see every column.
| Photo area | Useful question | Record to request |
|---|---|---|
| Sample room | Which physical sample matches the selected catalogue reference and requested revision? | Identified front, rear and side views with dimensions. |
| Moulding and profile areas | Which material and profile are proposed for this frame, and which steps apply to it? | Frame-body specification and an explanation of the proposed process. |
| Panel workshop | Which backing or other panel components belong to the proposed assembly? | Component material, thickness and fitting dimensions. |
| Finished order | How will the approved version be identified during inspection and packing? | Sample revision, component list, inspection scope and packing instructions. |
Follow one reference through the discussion
Use the same SKU or drawing number when discussing materials, assembly, sample observations and packing. Ask the factory to explain any proposed substitution before it becomes part of the order. Keep unanswered questions with the project record so that photographs and verbal explanations do not replace an agreed specification.
Separate sample evidence from shipment evidence
A reviewed sample documents that particular sample. An order also needs an agreed inspection scope, acceptance criteria and a way to identify the packed version. Current capacity, subcontracted steps, inspection arrangements and available delivery dates must be discussed for the actual order.
