Dimension and fit
Record artwork, fitting, visible opening and outside dimensions separately, with units and the agreed drawing revision. Identify which measurement differs if the artwork does not fit as intended.
CONFIDENCE IN THE DETAILS
Understand the scope and date of a document, then confirm what applies to the product and order you are considering.
For a sourcing decision, request a sample, an agreed specification and relevant current compliance documentation. Frame dimensions, finishes, glazing, fittings and packaging should be checked against that specification.
The documents below were supplied by Youchuang. Patent certificates concern specific inventions; they are not product safety certifications. Historical audits do not establish a current audit status.

Include documentation requirementsRECORD THE ACTUAL CHECK
Instead of writing “quality checked”, record what was inspected, which sample or batch it belonged to and what decision followed. Define the acceptance criteria with the supplier before the inspection so that an observation has a clear comparison point.
Record artwork, fitting, visible opening and outside dimensions separately, with units and the agreed drawing revision. Identify which measurement differs if the artwork does not fit as intended.
Identify the finish reference, corners, edges, glazing, backing and fittings under review. Photograph each observation with enough context to locate it on the sample.
Count the contents against the agreed retail-unit list. Identify the packaging revision and any separate test evidence required for the proposed route.
A sample checklist does not establish a batch sampling plan or product certification. Agree order-specific inspection arrangements and applicable documentation separately.
FROM SPECIFICATION TO APPROVAL
Keep the requested specification, sample observations and unresolved items together before you approve a production version.
