A PRACTICAL SELECTION GUIDE

Start with what the frame needs to hold.

Choose a reference by the photograph, document or artwork in your range. Then check the opening, components and display arrangement independently of the outer frame size.

Confirm the opening.

Start with MDF photo frames for individual photographs, document frames for certificates, or larger profiles for artwork. A catalogue outer dimension does not confirm which photo or document fits.

Use the catalogue to identify a frame family and SKU. Final photo openings, glazing, colours, components, packaging, order quantity and production timing need to be confirmed for your order.

Catalogue images show design references. Ask for current photography and a sample when approving the final specification.

PLAN THE ASSORTMENT

Build a range around the artwork you sell.

A useful everyday assortment starts with the prints and documents your customers need to display. Decide the required sheet formats before choosing the frame profiles, finishes and number of variants.

Map the artwork

Separate photographs, certificates and larger prints. For each, record the sheet size, orientation and important detail near the edges.

Choose the assembly

Decide whether a mat is part of the concept and whether the display is tabletop or wall-based. Specify those components alongside the frame material.

Control the assortment

Create one quantity line per size and finish combination. Avoid combining visually similar SKUs until their openings, rear fittings and packing have been compared.
